I have made a small console application which you can use to add and send emails. You can use the power of Windows Scheduler to schedule an email for a particular time. The complete article can be found at

re: Sending emails using Asp.net at scheduled time
THis is BASIC...
You wrote an app and then used the WINDOWS scheduler to send it. So your actual code has NOTHING to do with sending emails via asp.net at scheduled intervals.
You need to add a new title to this, creating emails in asp.net is SIMPLE BASIC programming.
Poor example.

re: Sending emails using Asp.net at scheduled time
Most people don't know how to schedule an email and are unaware of the services provided by Window Scheduler. By the way if sending emails in .NET was easy than there would have been no need for www.systemwebmail.com. Check out the website and problems people are facing while sending a simple email.
