 Error code 0x8013134b  -  unable to attach to process.

 

The website was configured to use ASP .Net 2.0 instead of 1.something.

1) Open your IIS Manager ( Type inetmgr in run )

2) Right click and select properties on the website with the problem

3) Go to ASP.NET tab

4) Change the Asp.Net version from 2.0.50727 to 1.1.4322
