I looked for a long time and finally found it. I couldn’t find a link in my account

  1. Login into the Azure portal.
  2. go to https://manage.windowsazure.com/publishsettings/index?client=powershell in the same web browser.
    1. This will download a publishSettings file. The management certificate string is in there.

Remember to keep this private. All you need is the Management certificate and your subscription id (Portal –> settings, or in this same publish settings file) and you can do a lot with the Azure Management API with your account.
